If you are not satisfied with a Colors To Go purchase, the item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following policy applies to all returns:

• All return items must be unopened and in their original packaging. If you receive any damaged items you must contact us at returns@colorstogopaints.com within 48 hours of receipt.
• If you are interested in making a return, please email us at returns@colorstogo.com.
  At that time we will email you our return form which you must complete and email back to us.
• Once we receive the completed return form, we will issue a  Return Goods Authorization  (RGA) Number.
• When returning items please pack carefully, and mark the outside of the package with your RGA number.Any returns received without  an RGA number will not be accepted or processed. In addition, please include a copy of your original receipt.
• All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless items were processed incorrectly or received damaged.
• Please use the insured shipping carrier most convenient for you, and mail the package to the following address:

• Certain returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. Paint that is tinted, or from a base, can NOT be returned. All sales on books, CDs, DVDs, videos, are final and can NOT be returned. The Colors To Go return policy is subject to change without notice.
